BedsheetWalking's News

Merry Christmas everyone!

I hope your holidays are full of food, cheer, grandmas Christmas cards, and food! Wait... I almost forgot food... also food! I'll be maintaining my weekly schedule for fans of regular posts, in fact I'd like to invite anyone passing by to take part in a weekly poll to determine who / what I draw each week!

You just need a patreon account to vote, no donations are nessisary!

Every Monday morning at midnight I post a new poll!

It's day three, and I feel like things are going quite good for me here; I've been scouted for the art portal by another artist for the first time ever, and that is very exciting.

I'm feeling pretty great about it, my self-esteem has received a dangerous boost.

I have some art I'm still uploading before I will be posting new things here. I have been very warmly received and all the new support is very encouraging. I like how community oriented this site is.

I've donated a little bit of money to the site to get that neat sticker of mine on my account, I make most of my money by doing art so I can't guarantee that I'll be donating each month.

The coolest PATREON ever

Well this is day two and life is alright on here so far! I'm not entirely sure how to rank up or anything, so I'm just gonna do my part and rate and comment on peoples stuff. Hopefully make some people happy.

I posted some of my old art on here, but my PATREON has all my newest art, and my Fur-Affinity has all my old stuff. I'll see about moving everything over here over time. I have lots of stuff on FA, and I have a few brand new things on my Patreon that are free to view.

On Patreon I like to draw my patrons characters every week, it's loads of fun!

I like to draw all sorts of fandom artwork, I also enjoy drawing original characters in both NSFW and SFW settings. Talk to me on DISCORD If you want to chat, or make an order, or anything. I'm generally alright provided I don't get on my cellphone late at night! When I'm tired my brain filter sorta just poops out on me.

By "late at night" I mean normal human awake time hours. My partner works night shift, so I'm awake at strange hours. Arizona time (MST currently, we have a weird situation with daylight savings). 4PM-8PM is about the time I wake up, depending on how late I get to bed and how tired I am. 6AM - 9AM is when I go to bed.

Navigating new sites is hard for me, but I'm excited to do all the things, and meet all the people here on Newgrounds!

iu_73286_7746570.pngHello! I'm BedsheetWalking, formerly BountifulSpyware. I changed it because making people anxious when I talk to them is funny on paper, but terrible in practice.

I'm originally from Tumblr, like many others in my situation coming to this site. When Tumblr closed the doors on me, I had to begin a new journey to find an art site that I could call home.

I was invited to FurAffinity by some friends who knew my plight, but as an artist very new to that community it has been very difficult fitting in.

I made friends on discord who encouraged me to join Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter but those sites make me so tired.

I remember when the doors closed that NewGrounds (my old childhood lurking grounds) had welcomed us with open arms, but at the time I was too scared that maybe the community didn't want all these Tumblr users showing up all of the sudden. It's been a year now, and I hope that invitation is still open for slowpokes like me.

The last year trying to find a website I could call home has been really hard on me, and I've been really scared that one day there will no-longer be a place for me as an artist. I hope that NewGrounds can be that place I can call home.
